So I have a 25-year veteran graphic artist, he's really good at it and gets paid for it during his day job. He does anything I want for free even though I offered to pay him. He's designed me some shirts for Teespring and they've sold well., he won't take any of the profit.

So how would y'all go about monetizing this relationship? I told him I can be the one to advertise his services and we would split the profit, even though I don't think he will take any. Should I just stick with t-shirts or try other things? Thanks.

Sounds like he's trying to be nice. I recommend you don't take advantage of that.
He knows everything I'm doing, I'm not taking advantage of anyone.

Some people are too nice for their own good.

If he doesn't accept money, you could buy him a digital tablet, a photoshop license for a complete year, or anything to conpensate his (too much) nice attitude.

Just concentrate on teespring T2 and Amazon merch, you guys will be bank.

It's hard to find good people these days.
Give him a gift which can be useful in his work as a gesture for what he's been doing for you

Right on point. This would encourage him and smoothen their relationship.
