Have a site for sale?

I am looking for some guys who have blackhat type sites for sale. Me and a partner run a group that has around 100 people in it that is more of an educational group more than anything else but the members pay $100 a month to be a member. We use a lot of the monthly dues to buy sites as a group and we will keep them for a while and usually make improvements to the sites and build them up and and then sell them off and we split the profits back to the members.

We have done this for a while now and sold five different sites and kept a few but a lot of guys in the group want to get into some blackhat type sites so I am looking for some guys who are looking to sell their sites and of course the methods with it. We have two facebook groups (one that is just members where we discuss the site operations) and one is a closed private group where we add potential sellers so they can pitch the site to the group. So you would have to be ok with pitching your site in a close private facebook group. All members must sign a non disclosure.

If you want to PM what you have an basic details I will let you know if it is something we might have interest in I will give you further info. We do have a very large budget but before you start trying to sell me some crap method you have read on here I have been in the business longer than some of you have been alive and I have seen it all so save us both some type and dont bother with the scam attempts. We didnt get where we are at by being dumb.

100 people pay $100 a month to be in an educational Facebook group? Can i see this group? What kind of education does this group offer?

@Hawkster, We really have to do it that way to keep things legal. Otherwise you are selling securities online however the laws in the US have changed but we do that because about 10 members of the groups had a lot of experience and the others wanted to get into the internet business but could not afford to buy a $20k or $30k website on their own so paying $100 a month was a very good way to own a small part of a big site but it was a even better way to learn the business. There are some other benefits to the group such as we do group bulk buys on stuff like google voice numbers and other items that we get a discount on if we buy in bulk. Most of the members have other sites and apply what they learn in the group to them.

@redarrow - this particular group (we have two and one forming) has about $65k to spend right now but unless it is something great we will not spend that all on one site. We just want to get into the blackhat side and you dont find those on flippa very much. We are fine with 24 months for the right site and if it has some good upside without a ton of risk. But blackhat is often risky and we can find established whitehat sites on flippa for around the same multiplier so it would have to be something special for us to pay 24x

lol we never sell anything on flippa the buyers are just looking for something for nothing. We have a good sales venue and flippa is a ok place to buy but honestly most of the sites are junk.

Good business idea. I and 2 other guys from my local country are doing the same. We bring our funds together and invest in a single website, so doing, we have enough money for articles, seo and etc.

Between, am going to have a few whitehat site ready for sale in 3 to 6 months time. Am expecting it to be earning between $1k to $3k+ if you are ready then, we can always transact biz.

What is a black hat site?

@T2tkid it is a great way to learn from other experts. I have done this for years and I have learned a whole lot for others in the group. Good luck and stick with it. We had a lot of issues come up and just had to work our way through them until we all learned what we were doing but we are now making good money.

@tony20 we have to just start a new group once we get enough people interested and right now I have been to busy with the sites we have to look at starting a new group but at some point we are going to do a cheaper group that is not $100, maybe $50. Just learning some of the other guys tricks is worth $50 a month but if we ever do I will let you know.
