When it comes to paid traffic and promoting cpa offers, I assume you have developed a very quick and effective way of launching a profitable ad campaign. For instance, If you found a good offer, would you purchase a new domain and build a fresh landing page solely for that offer? Maybe you have domains that 'covers' most verticals, and would just create a new directory?
For example: healthvertical.com/acaiblabla
or entertainmentstuff.com/free-ps3
The E-cigarette link you provided. Is this how you are operating? Bigger. I imagine offers would convert much better on a related well established website/blog.
You are obviously very experienced, are there some things you where doing in the beginning that you are just laughing about now? (when thinking ppc > cpa).

Which CPA network pays weekly and actually PAYS? I'm not talking about net7 payments but weekly payments. I'm also not talking about the ones that pays weekly later when I'm making thousands of dollars. I'm talking about the ones on which I sign up today and get paid the next week. Network that pays weekly right from the start.

Depends on the offer, the advertiser, the network, and the volume you can produce. The network has a lot of work to do on their end most importantly including quality control. If you're pushing volume, most networks will increase your payout and lower their margins.

Like I've said before, the whole game with CPA marketing is getting the most targeted people in front of the most targeted offers. As an affiliate marketer your job is simply to put the buyers in front of the products.
As far as my own newb mistakes. I guess I was naive and worked for quick cash and bounced around from idea to idea. The best thing to do is establish something with long term earning potential and focus on one promotional method whether that's ppc, organic seo, media buys, whatever. Becoming an expert with one thing is better than knowing a little about everything.

No one does that. The network is taking too big of a risk that you'll be sending junk traffic, which you probably would be...
Maybe join a gpt site.

1) From what I know, Adwords verifies manually and having a domain redirecting to a offer might get your ad flagged. Also, your conversions will be less. Getting a landing page is recommended.
2) Check out the downloads secton. Different ebooks on everything.
Can you recommed some good themes which you use for creating Sites that has CPA offers on it.
I have been trying to pull my heads off trying to find a perfect theme for the CPA offers.
Do you mind sharing some of the WP themes-Paid/Free which you use to promote CPA offers so that it will give me a general idea of how to do this thing
