Have 5k e-mails in Lending niche... what do I do?

in the Lending niche... I have about 5k e-mails, names, phone numbers, and business names.

best way to capitalize on this? I've never done e-mail campaigns before or anything, just some SEO and PPC so I'm at a loss here.
