Have $1000 need to invest. Please Suggest

Hello,
I have spare $1000 and I am looking to invest it to get some nice ROI. Here are few options I have looked at.

1. Invest in a reliable company like Bannersbroker or profit Clicking to get nice money for free.

2. Buy a already established site from Flippa and expand it from there ( I don't have adsense account as my previous account was banned so this route is difficult).

3. Invest $100 each in some established HYIP programs to get nice income.

That's all I can think of what do you think will be best way to get nice long term profits (with at least some certainty) . Please don't try to be funny saying that Play Poker or Gamble. I guess we are all too old for these jokes.

By the way, with 1000$ you can think to buy a site from Flippa that have traffic yet (stay away from SCAM!!!!) then spend the rest of money to advertise it (buyandsellads(DOT)com for example, or here on BlackHatWorld buying banner space!)

anyways, put the grand into a services website and advertise on forums. its the easiest way man, you can do it just think and test.

If you have $1000 and really you want to get along get some kind of ecomm sites up and running initially and get going to make long term income i know there are so many sites out there but every one has its own bite right if you think long term good .

Invest in Forex, if you know something about it or else buy some seo tools and make money with them :)
 
have you thougt about etoro? etoro is a forex trading service online, if you dont understand trading, you can copy the moves some other traders make, some traders make up to 20% on a daily basis. Just divide some money and copy 10 or more of the best performing traders.
you can find me there and copy me if you like(abitdeals), made ROI of 170% in 16 days.
I also copy 5 traders, they make me a decent 5-10% a day. that is great extra money, while I just go on with IM.

Thanks for replies guys keep em coming. Sorry folks no forex please it is way too much risk and as far I am concerned it is as bad as Gambling.

yes you are correct, it is gambling if you just jump into it ofcourse. say your in a baseball game against a great pitcher and you've never swung a bat before, your just going to swing and have a half of a chance to make contact, but lets say you practice batting (demo forex account) research what the pitcher likes to throw (doji's in candlestick charts, all 12 of them) then step up to the plate. Your going to have a MUCH higher percentage rate of hitting that ball (scoring some nice passive profits) I hope you liked my analogy. i just dont like seeing forex bashed. I personally started off with 600$ a month ago, and studied candlesticks for a month prior to that, and so far i am up to 6k. Using 1 hour, 15, and 5 min charts, scalping. JPY soared up yesterday and i scored BIG TIME.

Usually people with money to invest have too much money. I've never heard a serious investor say "I have some extra money I want to invest."

I would hang on to it. If the right opportunity comes along, you'll always have enough money to invest.

You can look at it in a different way? May be someone is willing to earn some thing extra rather than keep money in his pocket?

I did, when I first started out investing my hard earned money... but after I started to lose that money, I started rethinking investment strategies.

1000 is a lot of money, I don't care how much of it you have. It's a lot. When you lose it, it sucks. The only guaranteed return you have is from yourself, and an FDIC insured savings account with no yield. Instead of trying to find some place to invest it, just hold onto it until the right opportunity presents itself.
 
Depends on how you think and how much effort you want to spend

1 ) Make a new venture (online gaming site , facebook apps , games , etc.) - You dont need to code , you can freelance that for around 100-500 USD (depending on what you want to do) - Spend the rest on Getting the thing moving (ads , etc)

2) Find a niche and play it - I am currently playing pennystocks (real risky I know) and with the same amount you posted. It's a try right ?

3 ) Make someone run it for you - give it to a forex or stock wiz . Or someone who knows what he does

4 ) Buy gold - Just forget about it in the long term

I get your point but how to know if it is right opportunity or not? There are no hard and fast rules that make an opportunity right or wrong and specially in IM it is too hard because everyone seems right. So what do you suggest in this scenario then?
