As the title says, I hate to bring up government and politics in an unrelated forum, but it is becoming more and more evident that the gestapo US government will not rest until they've stripped us of all rights and liberties.
As internet marketers, bhaters and entrepreneurs in general, we have much to lose if the government continues their takeover and over-regulation of everything. The recent attacks on the online poker sites severally affected some of my colleagues income streams. Now they are talking about federal laws that will be similar to the Nexus laws we saw adopted by a few states. Studies already show that the average American losses 50% of their income to taxes, in both direct manners such as income tax and indirectly through "pass-thru" taxes we see on gas, cell phones, and cor regulation taxes.
I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm quite tired of the fed telling me what I can and can't do, and making it harder every year to earn a buck online.
