Based on your post, i have concluded that you are a paypal spy. Most likely, you are also leaking jr. vip secrets to DP.
The mods should conduct an instant review of your account and ban you and your ip indefinitely.
Because you have deceived this community for so long, you must likely a scammer. Anybody that reads your posts should become aware of this and should be warned not to do business with you as well.
....
of course, i'm being tongue and cheek here....
You're not a paypal fanboy just because you try and justify their actions (even though you've probably never experienced the pleasure of paypal's extra special customer service. )
But then at the same time, not everybody that has gotten their account shut by paypal is a scammer. Not everybody that does black hat is a scammer.
Buyer disputes does not make a seller a scammer.
Now, imagine what would happen if everybody convicted of a felony got the death felony. Or imagine if your bank closed your account because a cop wrote you a speeding ticket. And even better...if you go to complain what the bank did in court, the judge just looks at you, shrugs your shoulders and says, well....i guess you shouldn't have been speeding....if you don't like what the bank did to you, just go down across the street to bank of America.
Now maybe i'm not a business genius, I don't think that paranoia is a great business model to run on....and i don't know...i don't think it's fair to shrug off people's complaints so easily. I guess it would be an easy thing to create a one punishment for every infraction, but it's not fair and it's not right.
I do think that Paypal pretends to be a bank when they're not. I do think that there aren't sufficient laws to protect customers and their money.
You're right, people don't have to go with paypal....and they can just go 'across the street' and use another payment processor....but majority of people aren't aware of paypal's shoot first, never ask, and pretend to care policy.....and assuming a few people do, what would you call a company that gets people to transfer their money to them...and then have the power to, at will, close the same people from their account...and their money...because of 'unusual' and 'suspicious' activity?
I'm not pretending that it's easy for paypal, yes there are scammer out there. But i don't believe in a 'one size fit's all' policy.
Yeah, paypal's too powerful. They're too big. But they're only like that because we give them too much power. People don't realize that there are other options. Like they're brainwashed into thinking that Paypal's the only way to go. When people complain about paypal...well, they must have done something to deserve it....they must have done something wrong. Complaints fall on deaf ears and then it's business as usual, life goes on...

I've said it before and got flamed, even in the jr vip section, about being a paypal fanboy. The problem isn't with paypal. It is with the sheer number of scammers using it and using stolen CC details online to buy digital products. You think paypal is bad? Give plimus a go and accept credit card payments directly via plimus for a digital product. You'll be pleasantly surprised at how much worse and how much fraud is also committed through plimus via fraudulent CC purchases.
