Hashtags are not active or do not work for some pins

I noticed that for some of my pins (~40% all pins), hashtags have not active hyperlink, but typed in the description as plain text.
In addition, there are fresh pins that have hashtags active, but I don’t find this pin in the search for this hashtag, although the pin has recently been published.
Has anyone encountered with similar problems?

But I have a question, is the hashtag important in Pinterest? It look like the description and keywords are more important.

The hashtags on my pins are currently fine. But I've been seeing some abnormal behaviors in Pinterest, anything from unable to edit repins to disappearing move/delete buttons when organizing boards. Who knows what's next.

I never use hash tag. No sure do I miss anything.
