Hashtag research per country

Hi everyone

I'm trying to create an instagram account for 1 specific country, but I'm having difficulties growing it and I'm pretty sure it's because of the hashtags. Is there any way to do hashtag research per country?

Currently using DisplayPurposes for my international account but I can't seem to find a similar one for just 1 country.

I'd also like to know.

By the way, what is DisplayPurposes? does it help with hashtag research or something?

You can do quite a lot with the instagram analytics, do you have that setup?
