Hashtag impressions

I currently use a hashtag tool to help figire out what hashtag to use on my page. Lately a majority of my posts have less than 20 impressions on hashtags! Has anyone seen a drop in hashtag impressions and if not can you share some ideas to try.

I posted today too about this.. I started only tagging companies in the pic/vid that I use instead of other accounts, I started using minimal hashtags, roughly 4 at a time, very theme specific. Still my posts sometimes get 4 hashtag impressions and that is it... I can't seem to figure out why, I sort of 'feel' they shadowban me for liking people or replying to comments, but I do not have steady evidence.. so far I stopped liking and engaging with anyone at least right away and hashtags have been getting somewhat 16%-40% impressions of total sum
