Has your Amazon account been banned? What happened?

I'm trying to set up Amazon associates site and would like to make sure I follow rules so I don;t get banned.

Would someone who has been banned share their experience?

What happened?

Do they ban your account or do they ban the site completely?

Don`t spam your links to random places like blogs, youtube, forums and so on. Use the links on your site and drive traffic to your site.
Don`t cloak the links (but you can use amazon links shortener)
Don`t show incorrect prices
Don`t use buyer reviews from Amazon
Always use Amazon affiliate disclaimer on your site(s)

Follow these rules and you should be safe.
