The dramatic developments happened after Musk took over are really interesting.
I personally feel that Twitter has opened up some opportunities for creators after he took over. It will be interesting to see what happens over the period of couple of years.
But all in all it will be too early to say Elon has failed Twitter. So let's wait and watch!

He's definitely changed it a lot, for the better or worse. In some ways it's better for creators, but regular users have a harder time

It's too early to say whether Twitter has failed after Elon Musk took over it. Musk has shaked things up on the platform and it's possible that Musk's changes will ultimately lead to Twitter's success.

Yes, I liked that creators can get paid but the requirements are quite high.
