I have seen a couple of clients sites drop from page 1 ( position 1-3) to page 2. I have also seen other speak about it on the Lion Zeal facebook page. Have a look at https://algoroo.com/.

Bit worried as I had zero PBN's or spammy links pointing at these sites.

There are dozens of smaller updates every month. Something may or may not hit you for some reason. Focusing whether there was or wasn't an update is quite meaningless these days.

Lately there were speculations that there was an update. But there's been no major update that was officially confirmed and announced this time but according to Google, they make small updates daily and changes each year.

I think yes, another update is going on, look at the SEO weather forcast of Moz :http://mozcast.com/ It is indicating another update.
