Has There Been a Forum Reset?

Hi all, not been around the forum for a couple of years now and have noticed my post count seems to have reset to zero and am now having to await a mod to authorise my posts when i want to upload images to a post. Was pretty sure my post count was just about high enough so this wasn't the case last time i was here? So was wondering has the forum had a reset?
