Has my wordpress site been hacked?

There is no longer an admin panel, i have tried www.mysite.com/wp-login.php www.mysite.com/wp-admin/

this is what appears at the end of my site url when i try to go to both of those urls
wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.mysite.com% 2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1

Anyone know whats going on? nothing on my site has been changed as of yet.

That is normal that your admin login gets that string of code appended to it. That's just telling it to redirect to /wp-admin and you need to be authenticated (=1). Is your database intact? Do you still have all the files in wp-admin folder? Take a look and reply. Make a backup of your database immediately if your articles have not already been deleted.
