The published numbers actually point the other way. In Google's own 2025 safety reporting, ads blocked or removed jumped from 5.1 billion to 8.3 billion, while advertiser account suspensions did not climb with it, and Google explicitly describes the shift as going after bad ads rather than bad accounts. They also claim their detection changes cut incorrect advertiser suspensions by around eighty percent. So a coordinated ban wave starting on a specific Saturday is a less likely explanation than it feels like from inside an affected account, and High Dragon's climbing figure is the trend running backwards.
