Has ChaCha been known to ban members in order to get out of paying them? I recently got really into ChaCha and was making $100+ a day! A few days ago I tried logging into my account but I was told that the login info was incorrect. Wondering what the problem was I sent an email to ChaCha, a few hours later I received a response saying that my account was closed under the suspicion that I was getting too much traffic. So, because my twitter account gets a certain amount of traffic each day (My account is very popular, many visitors per day) my account gets suspended? Does that seem right to you?

Also, I have heard of them banning people to get out of making payments, can anyone else verify this?

So, I'll leave you with this question, is there anything I can do about this? I know for a fact that I haven't broken their terms, or done anything wrong to entice this ban. Please leave your thoughts below!

Just give them another call. Ask to speak with someone else if you need to. Simply explain to them how you were doing whatever it was that they are questioning, as long as you are legit they will surely unlock your account. They are making money when you make money with them, if they feel you are being honest they will want to earn more money from you.

Call them? I didn't even know that was possible, I mean I've tried calling their number but it always leads me to a quick voice message, then the call disconnects.

Yes, back in the day they most certainly did terminate guides rather than pay them. Until lawsuits started sprouting up.
 
Going to bump this, I would like more input on the matter.
 
how could chacha do that.
we also have affiliates (game related), but we pay them each months.
