Has anyone worked with socialreality?

Are they for real or a scam? I was aproached by them and they offered this: we see eCPMS between $0.80 and $3.80. Fill rate average is 99%. Our revenue share is 70% to you ? the highest in the industry. In addition, we have 100% fill on video offerings.
It doesn't sound like much, but I'm a newbie on using ads. I just used wordads for wordpress .com blogs till now.

Some new name in the game. Do some research on their reviews and ask around who worked/paid by them before.
