Oh you have questions for people that work for microworkers. I can't give detailed descriptions and answers for those since I was the one creating tasks.
1. Many people do it and depending on the task, it is pretty easy most times.
2. You can get $5 a day if you work a bit and find the right tasks.
3. I paid Microworkers with Paypal. How they pay their workers, I really don't know
4. I have never heard of a "PIN". So I can't tell you anything about it, sorry

Yes it is easy and you can get $5 a day. They do Paypal. So far I know, Microworker pins is for withdrawal.

Pin is sent to your adress first time you reach he payment threshold which was $10 at my time. Kind of adress verification from microworkers.
