Has anyone white labeled TextMarks? Whats your feedback?

I just setup my free trial and am testing out TextMarks and I love it. I want to white label it for something I'm building. I was wondering if anyone has already, and what your feedback on it is? How are they to deal with, do they pay on time, etc. All thumbs up or any gotchas to be aware of?

Alternatives I should also consider? TextMarks seems very intuitive / simple stupid, my target market would be able to use it readily.

One other question, if you white label it, can you also white label the API? I don't see why not, but just curious.

Just soliciting feedback _before_ I contact them directly. This seems like a total goldmine.

I did their 14 day free test and I like it. It's pretty basic as far as features, but I was able to setup a CNAME in my cPanel so that the login looked like a subdomain on my main website so it was completely white label. And any client could log in with their Google account and manage just their keywords. It was almost too easy. I think they could use more features, but for basic SMS, they have great pricing, especially since it's all white label!

I'm really digging how easy their interface is. I am testing it out with an EMD I have, to see if I can built a targeted SMS list. I am curious to see how well this works.

For the white label solution, how much $ can you make off of them?

Well, after looking into it in more detail I'm not sure how I feel about it. I setup a domain, txtword.com, specifically for this then signed up for the white label account. I was expecting that you get the TextMarks interface but with your logo. This is not the case, you get this extremely bare bones HTML site and you can only change the background color of the header and add a logo graphic. Thats it, no other customization is possible, and it looks nothing like TextMarks or anything really. There is no wholesale price for resellers/white label, you are paying the same as any other customer.

I don't see the benefit or value add of the white label option. The interface is so awful I wouldn't want customers to see it. It would be better to wrap the whole thing using the API, but if you are going to have to do that then what is the point, you might as well setup your own shortcode and compete directly against them. You have to handle all the paperwork, billing, and everything else with the customers anyway so the delta in hassle can't be that much to setup your own infrastructure.

So, I guess I'll keep poking around and figure out what to do with txtword.com. There's got to be somebody with a white label solution where they handle all the billing etc. and you put the front end on your site.

like you, im after a white label solution but the difference between us (besides the fact that im in the UK) is that youve got a live project that youre ready to use the service on, whereas iv not yet pulled the trigger on my marketing due to this missing piece of the jigsaw.

Thanks guys .... I have a domain name I think is pretty good for the SMS TEXT marketing biz ... but all the options I've benn looking at seem to involved to set up or priced where it just didn't seem to feasible.

From what I here this textmarks might be worth lookin into maybe ....somday;>)
