Has anyone used Uploadbucks.com? Is it a scam or not?

I was looking into using a PPD site to host some of my files and I came across Uploadbucks. I am wondering if anyone has used it before and if I should use it or not.

There's tons of ppd networks, sharecash,fileice,******* who have an okay reputation, if you can't find anything about uploadbucks, that's already a sign about something fishy.

Looks like a slick website but I wouldn't say its completely legit. You might as well try other well known ppd sites.
