Has anyone used storm proxies?

I came across stormproxies while trying to find a reasonable quote on some residential ip services.
I'm not a botter, who's going to throw 1000 clicks a minute at one, i just do email sign ups, and my ip's
are running dry. I need a service that will give me use to a residential ip for about two hours, then allow me to connect to another res ip, and was wondering if anyone had used this service before. I know res is insanely expensive, because each ip is a real ip thats paying about 40 a month to keep alive, I just don't have the 500 a month to throw at bigger services like luminati. one day hopefully, but i need to keep cost low till i can snow ball my profits into better services. Any reviews or help is appreciated.
