Has anyone used SEO Powersuite?

Hi Guys,

I have someone at my work which is pushing SEO powersuite to the owner, where as I am more sceptical about it.

Has anyone used this tool? Would anyone recommend it? Are there any reviews on this here on BHW?

I use the enterprise version. Rank Tracker isn't too great IMO (but most rank trackers are crap anyway).

I like the Website Auditor for client acquisition as well as checking the site for things Screaming Frog doesn't find.


SpyGlass and Link Assistant I haven't used too much.

It's not bad for the $1,200 one-time charge. Considering that's how much I pay a year for something that just does what a single one of those tools does

I got it to run reports for my clients. I like website auditor, but like @SEOMemj I haven't used the other tools much.

I've been testing it and I ended up changing to singular separated softwares instead of them

I'd like to add that they run discounts on a regular basis. Got my enterprise license way cheaper. It's a great tool if you know how to use it. A bunch of essential features – not too bulked up. There are tools out there which are way more feature-rich but I like to keep it simple. As long as you don't work with 10k/mo+ clients you're good to go with this.

I have it on my old laptop and not bothered using it on this one.
As I aren't into client seo, I use Ahrefs, Semrush and Moz for rankings / backlink checking etc.

It's not bad but there are promos such as Black Friday etc where you can get a good price.

I don't like it, I personally don't really like any desktop based apps. There are better cloud based tools for running website audits for clients. SEOToolbox, Woorank etc.

I've used it years before. Wasn't impressed that much. I mean I would still go with Ahref/Semrush if I had to choose.

For the price it is not worth it. First they are very deceptive, fraudulent about their prices. They don't tell you that the software requires updates to work, they aren't just updates they are required for core functioning.

It'll will be an extra $50+ a month to keep this software running. These people are pretty close to scammers. Nobody should get this software, it's a giant waste of money in the first place and then they extort recurring payments.

I use their site auditor which is pretty decent. For everthing else, I turn to AHrefs.

Rank tracker is what I use the most

Spyglass and link assistant are useless for me

I used like rank tracker.

But then i got lazy as it needed to be open every day so that the rank tracking can run.

If you dont turn it on then no data

So i switch to atserp which is affordable and do the job automatically.
