Hi Chloenvy,

I haven’t used it personally, but high cost is common for precise targeting tools. if you try it, test small first to see if the roi justifies the spend, and focus on your most valuable audience segments.

It's not just because of the name that your advertising is low cost, he spent a lot of money on advertising, and has a stable customer base, so their resulting cost is low.

I'm not familiar with LeadEnforce specifically, but I can help you achieve similar targeting results using Facebook's native tools at much lower cost!

Try these approaches in Ads Manager: go to "Audiences" → "Create Custom Audience" → "Engagement" → target people who engaged with competitor pages. Also use "Lookalike Audiences" from your best customers - often more effective than third-party tools.

For detailed targeting, use "Audience Insights" to research competitor audiences, then layer interests + behaviors. Facebook's "Detailed Targeting Expansion" often finds similar users automatically.

These built-in features usually deliver better results since they use Facebook's first-party data directly, plus you avoid extra costs.

What specific targeting features were you finding most valuable with LeadEnforce, and have you tried Facebook's native competitor targeting options yet?

LeadEnforce is well-known for its ability to create audience lists from fanpage followers or Facebook/Instagram group members for highly precise targeting — but the high cost is something many encounter.

Some advice

Start small to test ROI: run with a low budget, focusing on your most valuable customer segments before scaling.

Leverage Meta’s native tools: in Ads Manager, create a Custom Audience from people who have interacted with competitor pages, then build a Lookalike Audience from your best customers.

Incorporate first-party data: use the pixel or Conversions API to feed the algorithm and help reduce long-term costs.

Optimize creatives and funnel: even with good targeting, weak content or customer journey will still lead to high cost per acquisition.

Hi Magpietra, thanks for sharing. I don't have any experiences running Facebook ads, Can you suggest some tools to reach specific customers target that you have used

Oh, I don't know that. This has been a long and rewarding campaign. Do you have any advices for beginners?

I have never used it before. but with the high fee you should consider using the demo or small package first

LeadEnforce is quite powerful for exploiting competitor files, but the cost is high, so you can replace it by building your own custom audience through pixels, lookalikes and insight analysis to save more.

I’ve heard of LeadEnforce before. Some people say it’s useful for targeting, but the pricing can be a challenge.

If you can't afford it, work with what you have and until your budget grows stick with what works

or you can give it a shot and if it works you keep scaling

Tools like LeadEnforce work by creating “lookalike” or “custom” audiences outside of Facebook’s own system, but they’re not official Meta partners. That’s why the cost is high and the risk is higher using them can violate Facebook’s terms and put your ad account at risk.

If your goal is to target competitor fans or very specific groups, the safe alternatives are:
  • Lookalike Audiences built from your own customer lists or pixel data.
  • Interest/behavior targeting directly in Ads Manager.
That way you stay compliant and protect your account long term.
Want me to show you how to build audiences in Ads Manager that mimic competitor fans without third-party tools?

LeadEnforce can be useful but risky as it is not official from Meta; you should prioritize Custom Audiences and Lookalikes in Ads Manager for more safety and sustainability.

True, Custom Audiences and Lookalikes inside Ads Manager are the best way. But sometimes for testing new angles or niches, tools like LeadEnforce can still save time. Just gotta balance the risk.
I see Web has a free package, try it
Well, I will try a free package and get back to you.

Yes, I’ve tested tools like LeadEnforce before. They can be effective for very specific targeting, but the high cost usually doesn’t match the ROI unless your niche has strong margins. Often, building lookalike audiences or running engagement-based retargeting inside Meta Ads Manager gives similar results at a much lower cost.

It’s effective, but I only run it for short bursts to avoid draining my ad budget.

LeadEnforce can be effective for targeting competitor audiences, but as you've noted, it comes at a high cost. A few points to consider:

First, it automates a process that is otherwise difficult, giving you an edge. However, you're essentially paying for access to a custom audience list.

Before committing, use their free trial to see if the conversion rates justify the expense for your specific niche

LeadEnforce does provide detailed targeting options, but the main drawback people often point out is the cost, as you mentioned. Whether it’s worth it usually depends on the type of campaigns you’re running and the ROI you’re able to get.
