has anyone used this? any vouches?

It is an unregulated payment gateway. Such unregulated payment gateways welcome high-risk merchants. One fine sunny day when the merchant has a big chunky amount as balance, these unregulated payment gateways just simply rob the merchant and the merchant can do nothing much about it after that. If you use such unregulated payment gateways, it will work fine for a while and then be ready to get robbed.
Bear in mind that even Paypal which is regulated, is quite notorious for robbing it's users.
