Has anyone used Crocoblock for CPT shenanigans?

Is it just me or does Crocoblock seem like it's built to handle ACF more than text editors and page builders...

Can you hook Crocoblock up to something like GeneratePress do we know?

I would rather use something like Breakdance or the newly rewritten Oxygen 6 and move away from GeneratePress if you feel that GenerateBlocks is not enough.

Yep, I use it in 99% of my sites. More specifically Jet Engine.

You can hook it anywhere, GeneratePress, Hello, or just a very simple Theme that integrates well with Elementor or Gutenberg.

Its just like ACF, but it has the possibility of creating Listings for both Elementor and Gutenberg which is pretty dope for my taste. Elementor has been adding slowly but steadily this functionality, but it isn't anyway near to what you can achieve with Jet Engine.

With Jet Engine you have a CPT UI, ACF and Elementor's Listing builder all-in-one with one plugin
I also like JetSmartFilters. They are not perfect but they somewhat work, I have not found a better solution yet

The rest of the Crocoblock plugins are not that great. I've tried a couple of them, and they are fine but nothing special.

Ooooh, Crocoblock just looks like it suits what I need done - definitely not saying GB isn't enough, my brain isn't enough for the project.

I'll have to give Breakdance a go again when I've got the dollars spare; TB spoke highly of it and got me messing with it for a short bit

@SirLouen is it all as clunky then Elementor route as I think it is? Elementor's problem my end is that it's essentially pay-to-win for silly geese like myself...

The new Oxygen 6 is like Breakdance now but more options for developers, if you need it I can hook you up with a free license.

I am 95% sure that my issue is with a query loops parameters and use of a select field rather than a taxonomy field; can I get back to you on that please?

A fresh look at something does seem to mash issues out of the way... Or a walk, I'll bring the dog out soon

Honestly, it feels like Crocoblock shines when you're knee-deep in custom fields, right? Bet GeneratePress would play nice with it, though – have you checked their support docs for Elementor integration?

Use the built-in Gutenberg editor. it meets 90% of the needs. if you need something customized, just ask AI.

Most customization is about CSS, just copy-paste from AI and it is ok.

Once you've made that customization, you won't need to play with it for a long time.

But if you need a 100% no-code builder, I've heard good things about the usual ones like those mentioned above, but I am sure that GenerateBlocks is far from enough.
