Has anyone used Centurica.com ?

I'm looking to buy a website on flippa and i saw centurica.com does these due diligence reports. Has anyone used them? And i mean, paid for their services and got a report back?

Yes - I know the owners well. Their reports are helpful but even if you're paying for third party due diligence you should still rely on your own judgement rather than a report as ultimately it's your money you're spending!

alvin - i've bought 2 sites via brokers recently (last one 2 months ago) and have dealt with most of the internet brokers out there. i can provide you with some context as well as thoughts. part of it depends on what you're looking for of course. generic reports are typically not that helpful because given the typical size and nature of the businesses that are listed online, each business that you'll be looking at typically doesn't fit neatly into the generic category. i use centurica primarily to check on whether there are interesting listings that i've missed - doing dd is a completely different matter. pm me if you'd like additional color.
