Has anyone used ANGEL LIST for JV,Recruiting or Partnering with app developers?

Has anyone used ANGEL LIST for JV,Recruiting or Partnering with app developers? I'm curious of experiences using this platform as a resource for team building. I'm a UX/UI guy, but I feel my coding is weak despite some html5 knowledge, so I'm using their platform to team up with one or two guys who write Jquery, hmtl5, css3 maybe some sql. I'm building an app startup in the B2B, B2C Ad space. So selling subscriptions to businesses in a sort of directory...w/ a suggestion/recommendation algorithm to help determine which profiles are featured.
