I've joined them recently after seeing a couple of good reviews on other forums. I've only been with them for a couple of weeks so far (so I haven't been paid), but my earnings seem to be doing well. Websites are doing better with Epom than they did with AdSense, at least. I'll try to give an update when I actually get paid.

ePom Network actually pays a flat rate eCPm, so the cost per click is nothing, but you do get about a dollar for most niches or more if you are in a highly competitive niche which would make Adsense a much suitable option.
The eCPM is a sheer lower amount than usual due to the online recession now, but should recover to a decent flat rate momentarily.
