Is it possible to solve this problem through a paid indexer?

I am looking for someone who solved this problem. Please share the information.

Your just looking to get some pages indexed? As long as they aren't complete trash most indexers work just fine. There are some BHW sellers that offer some as well with 90%+ index rates
 
you mean the 4 indexing results penalty on serp?

Yes - change the domain and fix the reason of penalty to not get it again.

If you already get warning about penalty then go with new domain. Also if not then go with Instant API index paid tools.

4 pages index problem actually means the site is deindexed. It's some kind of google bug or they make it this way. You need to use a new domain and post the content again.
 
I updated my articles that dropped from indexing during Aug Core Update (rewrote or deleted parts that are not helpful or might be considered as AI) tried 1hping, linkindexingexpert, nothing works. any advice? )Keep in mind I have no access to WMT of the website because it is a well-known parasite)
 
If the domain is good and sorry to lose it, the current content you need to remove and deindex the entire domain, after 1-3 months you need to add new quality content on it and index it. The first time no more than 10 pages, then add every week 1-2 pages, after six months the domain should already return the rating and reset penalties, you can use it again.
