Has anyone sent "quality" pop-under traffic to Content.ad before?

I'm considering an experiment with popcash.net traffic for a "viral" content site I run that has Content.ad placements throughout ? thought I'd reach out here to see if anyone has attempted this before and/or has had any success with the above
