Hello,

One thing that keeps confusing me about telegram ads is how a campaign can perform well for several days and then suddenly stop working.

No major changes to the ad.
No changes to the offer.
No changes to the landing page.

But subscriber costs start rising and conversions drop.

At first I thought it was audience saturation, but I've seen it happen surprisingly fast in some cases.

I want to as from experience ones:
  • What usually causes this?
  • Is it audience fatigue, competition, or something else?
  • Do you refresh the creative, switch channels, or just move on to a new campaign?
Would love to hear.

You are getting it wrong. Here is the culprit. Which is Daily views limit per user.

As telegram ads only works per view basis and every channel have limited daily views. The ads will stop showing up as the relevancy is not there. Also if you test several CPM, it is possible to get around this. We have done some experimentation ourselves and it performs great.

I've seen this happen when the same audience keeps seeing the ad. Performance drops quickly even without changes. Rotating creatives or testing new channels usually brings costs back under control.

For telegram ads, tweaking with cpm helps a lot. but for testing the waters i generally creates atleast 1 ad per channel so i can see whats the optimum cpm should i apply to get the ads viewed often.
