Has Anyone Recently Ranked a New Site

I have two site under 3 months old, they both did the normal initial pop one on to the 1st pages of Google for multiple words and the other in stayed in the serp range of the 20's. Then after each wave of recent algo's came they dropped like a sack of bricks to the 100-200's. Each of the sites are updated at least 3 times a week with a minimum of 500-1000 original human readable and understandable articles. I purchased some gigs on here that have provided great results to clients, so I will see what happens in the next few weeks to a month. Below is the website breakdowns:

Site A has 400 pages of original content
Top 5 Back links

The 63% is the raw URL, the rest are keywords and sitea.com

Then tailored off with random words like website, here, and etc.

Site B has 130 pages of original content

Then tailored off with random words like website, here, and etc.

Both site have FB, Twitter, G+ and social bm's

I figure the domains are new and being penalized because of it, but I also think my back links are causing a problem. I have also added better directories to each site with the keywords in them this week. i.e. site.com/part of kw1/the rest of kw1 and some like site.com/kw/article or etc.

I thought I was good at SEO, doing everything I did before, gave me a business generating over 100k year (another site) and now Google dropped a bomb on me...I guess in reality I am thenoob.

I am going nuts trying to figure it out, and I know I will, but you guys are the only people I have to talk to about this stuff.
