has anyone ran meta refresh redirect google ads campaigns successfully? i'm running ads in the gambling niche and decided to test it, worked well in day 1, so my dumbass introduced it to all my accounts, however after a few more days all my accounts in brazil and 1 in india got flagged for malicious software. i still have a few in canada and india that are live, but decided to go back to landing page, just to be safe.

has anyone tried this and if so what results did you get?

i'm looking for a way to improve my click through from the landing page to the actual money site

Works only with proper cloaking, if you redirect Google Bots you'll always get malicious software, they sent multiple bots now and then, if you lucky you'll run traffic for a day or three, but first google check and you get ads rejected

yeah i can see the bots in the cloaker and they're supposed to see the safe page, but i reckon i get manual checks also. so was wondering if i should bother testing if there's a specific timeframe after which i can activate it safely or not bother at all

cloaker should filter everything, if you get malicious software with cloaker - change cloaker settings or change cloaker. Manuals are rare, some accounts doesn't have them at all, but there's plenty of google cache and other visits that some cloakers can't differ from regular visitors

i'm using justcloakit. it's the first time i'm seeing this to be fair, but also so far i've always used a no-redirect landing page with my links to the money page

Understood. JCL have good opinions, although i never used it.
If you got malicious software it was some bot, manual review in that case would end up in circumventing systems.

As a bypass you can try loading offer as an iframe using javascript, without redirecting, but results can be mixed

In a low trust account, yes, you will get suspended for malicious. If it is a high trust account, your ad will just get disapproved because of final URL mismatch.

in a low trust (fresh) accounts malicious doesn't always equal suspension, usually you can recreate same campaign on new domain and it will work, but it increases chances of bringing manual reviewers, as for my observations

Indeed you are very correct, you can also get disapproved for malicious without a ban.

Ads disapproved because of malware still can be appealed safely

in my case my ads got approved after i'm sending them proves from sucuri, virus total, google search console and google transparency checker

at first the staff that contacting me still said that the site i had use have malware in it but then i gave them the screenshot for malware check and ask them to try do manual review if they think the site still have malware and after waiting about 12 hours my ads getting approved

note : i had made my own cloaking method by checking reff, ip rdns, ip lookup, etc to make sure only legit visitors can see the real one

yeah my problem is that my money sites don't allow iframing them, but thanks. some good opinions in this thread

Don't allow in terms&conditions, or doesn't work (blank page or non functional)?

Try puting iframe on page without SSL (using not encrypted http protocol), sometimes iframes doesn't work on ssl protected pages because of secure reasons.

Had same issue, worked for me.
