It feels like organic reach on Facebook is getting worse every month.
Even with consistent posting and good content, impressions seem stuck.
For those running pages or groups, have you seen similar drops or are you still managing steady reach?
Would love to hear what’s working for you right now.

reach has dropped for most pages. facebook’s pushing more short form content and group engagement now. what helped a bit is posting native reels + mixing link posts with carousels instead of pure links. also boosting a few posts with small budgets seems to “unlock” organic reach again for a while.

Facebook organic reach is down compared to the past. This trend is largely influenced by changes in algorithms and user behavior. Focus on creating high-quality, valuable content that encourages sharing and commenting. Ask questions or create polls to start conversations.

Yes, organic reach is decreasing because Facebook prioritizes Reels and conversational content, not regular posting. If you only post with little two-way interaction (comments, shares, replies), the algorithm considers it static content and reduces distribution.

Yes, reach has dropped for many pages lately. Facebook is prioritizing Reels, comments, and saves over plain likes. What still works: post short videos, start discussions in groups, and reply fast to comments. Consistency plus real engagement is what keeps reach steady now.

Yes, the organic reach of most business pages has dropped from 10%+ to 1–3%; the average engagement rate has decreased by 30–60%, especially for non-video content; however, the reach of some group content and Reels short videos has actually increased.

Nowadays, the advertising market has too many participants, making the level of competition increasingly high. Ads with fake interactions are unlikely to pass the algorithm, Facebook will soon limit interactions with those posts. You should prioritize posts with open content to increase interactions from the beginning.

Yes, Facebook is preferring reels and video content over regular posts. Moreover, audiences are migrating to Instagram, so the engagement naturally dropped. The entertainment and memes pages also lost engagement. Facebook is slowly becoming next Myspace and Orkut, except that meta has IG and WhatsApp as a fallback.

In the past few years, organic reach on Facebook has noticeably declined, even for pages that post consistently with quality content. The algorithm now prioritizes content from friends, groups, short-form videos, and real engagement—so if your posts aren’t optimized in the right direction, they can easily lose reach and interaction.

The number of impressions is down compared to before, this happens with the old copy strategy, the current trend is to use short videos combined with experimental, targeted content. Always test to discover new things to stay ahead of the trend.

Recently other social networking phenomena have started to get stronger and facebook has started to get weaker so the number of users has also decreased you can try other social networking sites like instagram

Yeah, reach has definitely dipped, lately, active groups and short native videos seem to perform better than regular page posts for consistent visibility.

Switching format to short videos/Reels, they get better boost in algorithm than static posts

Yes, there was a time when I posted regularly but the interaction and reach were almost non-existent. After that, I had to redesign the image content and invest more in Reels, then things got a little better

could be, but mostly from the way you reach them. There is no fixed way to keep the reach stable, you have to check everyday and change your stuffs everyday

If you have a linked Instagram account (basically an overarching meta account) where you post reels consistently Facebook tends to reward you with reach too as far as I've seen.

Facebook's algorithm now heavily favors paid content. Organic reach is declining as more businesses compete for limited attention.
