I ran into this website (secureancode) while searching for Paypal VCC. Getting a working VCC has become difficult task this day.
I would like to know how most of the Online marketer's are re-verifying PP account? I choose to go with Virtual prepaid account instead of using my debit or Credit Card which can reveal detail information or other personal information.
The website in question promise to deliver working VCC within 5-7 days. Added that their VCC is issue by one those bank in europe that issue virtual prepaid card to online gambler's,lotto and casino ecc
They gave me guaranttee that my paypal account will not be frozen after verification since, the card issuer's are authorized by paypal for account verification.
I would like to know if, any member here has had any positive or negative experience dealing with them.
I could not find any negative nor positive report about their services on the web from the little research which i've made.
