Has anyone here found success with automation agencies?

Like, cold outreaching local businesses or software startups to audit and automate parts of their business, maybe using AI. I've seen some people talk about this and it sounds good on paper, just curious if anyone found success or it's just a meme.

Yes, its working - depends on your niche, prompt, data, voice quality and so on.

Where you wanna use automation?

It's viable, but the offer must be painfully specific (e.g., "automate your roofing company's lead follow-up"). Success comes from niching down and delivering a turnkey solution with guaranteed time savings, not selling generic "AI automation." The model works, but it's a consulting-heavy sale, not a passive service.

That’s interesting. Using automation for data handling, site matching, and fulfillment makes sense, especially if relevance and quality are kept as the priority. Scaling without losing control is the real challenge, but if done right, it can save a lot of time and effort.
