Stumbled across this yesterday and so far so good. Just wondering whether anyone has had any experiences (good or bad) with this site?

yes I used it for a long time scheduling shoutouts on instagram. I was very happy with it as you can post with all the options just like on the app. You can also mass upload pictures and define a schedule to have it post regularly.

anyone above been using it until now?> Insta has got stricter and im wondering how you got away with using onlypult proxy versus your own. lets say you use onlypult to post and insta sees your proxy in australia but your \phone is logged in Thailand etc,. surely thats ban potential for most users?

I would not worry about that. As long as you're not doing shady stuff with your instagram account you'll be fine. Most of my accounts are accessed from 2 - 4 different IPs everyday and I never had problems.
