hey guys,

I received a c&d back in May from facebook and a few days ago received an agreement letter which I am unsure if to sign or not. Maybe some of you have more knowledge regarding these issues. If any of you have signed and returned the papers or can advise on this I would appreciate it.

DUMBASS, get a lawyer to read it and then decide whether to sign it or not.

Agreed with the guy on top of me, if you are to lazy to read get a lawyer to read over it

Go to a lawyer ofcourse, and decide with him the best legal option to take

there is a very simple saying you need a bigger bastard to deal with a bastard so you need to see the lawyer for sure...... rest don't sign any thing till u are 100000% sure
