If the Facebook belongs to you, it will surely work but if it doesn't belong to you, I think it will be very hard to verify it because when it comes to Facebook ID and face verification, they are very strict and has the tools to detect any duplicate or edited ID for the face verification.

One idea is that if you have a photo of the account owner, simply open the photo on your phone, go to the verification page on your computer, and hold your phone with the photo up to your laptop camera. That's how it works for me.
