I think no tool is needed because you can do it yourself, even if your face is not the same as the profile picture you set. Follow the instructions correctly, your account can be unlocked.

I saw there are some tools called video stream spoofing that could help with this, but honestly you’d have to try it yourself to see if it works for you.

It is impossible to bypass face verification because it is Facebook's way to help you protect your account more securely, avoiding your Facebook account being taken over by others to do bad things.
Facebook will ask for verification when your account has suspicious activities.
