Has anyone bought external links from Black Hat World, please? Does it work?

HI guys, I'm planning to buy external links here for increasing my website rankings, has anyone used them please?My site was created less than a month ago and is now ranked 30, I want it to rank higher.

BHW is a forum with hundreds of providers, some may work, some may not work

The marketplace you buy a link from does not determine whether it'll help in ranking your website or not. Rather, the quality of the link and your website's standing would be the determinant of whether you rank or not.

Go for niche relevant, quality links and ideally, your site should rank better if well optimized to take full advantage of the link juice.
