Have a few accounts ranging from 10K to 50K in low traffic niches, and like everyone else the numbers used to be much higher. I've been trying a couple methods and probably most of the suggestions from BHW for a few months now. Was able to double the likes for the biggest account with liking the most active followers' posts almost daily or whenever they post(via followliker). Still barely any improvement on other accounts. I'm pretty desperate at this point and might be even interested in paying for a method if it's proven to be successful.

I managed to restore dead engagement on my first account, which had 16k followers and maximum 300 likes per post(<2%). (The account was inactive for a few months)
Now, my account have almost 20k followers and at least 1000 likes per post(>5%) which i think its pretty good for that niche.

It’s possible i had a fitness account with 50k followers left it for 6 months, started again on it was getting 600 likes now getting 4K-8k likes a pic and 90k followers just don’t give up.
 
Yeah. I had an account that would get 700-800 likes and out of nowhere it dropped to 300-400. What I would do is conduct a Follow/Unfollow campaign and also switch up my hashtags

Post pics on the day that you follow, not the days that you unfollow. People that follow back will see you posted a pic recently and most likely interact with it.

And instead of using 30 hash tags, including spammy ones like #likeforlike #follow4follow etc etc, use hashtags related to the content you're posting. I went from posting 30 hash tags gettin 300-400 likes, to using maybe 8-9 and getting 700+ again
 
It is possible, just post the best photos you can get on the right time, consistently at the rush hours.
Make a research in your niche, spend a whole day on it, make a ~20-25 hashtags for yourself.
Select them to 3 groups:

the ones where you easily achieve top posts
the ones you sometimes get top post
and the ones where you wanna get featured in the future

Thanks for the reminder. I usually f/u the same day but I will give it a try with the hashtags.

Thank you, I will give this breakdown a try. Seems like a lot of sigs are pointing in the hashtag direction.
 
Currentlt in this situation, have my fitness account with 21.4k(boosted) followers that I am currently cleaning up and getting back to the organic side of things now that the account is pretty bricked. Any tips on Removing ghost followers? I have seen some things from searching but they are either too manual or not as precise as I would like....
 
Like people's pics. I got over 1.5% followback ratio increase when I set to like at least one pic of every person I follow. at 10k, i will pause my f/uf and purge spam accounts while liking the posts of my followers for a week or two. I see it as stocking up for a long winter (10-50k journey)

I use Jarvee to block everyone who is following more than 2-3k people AND hasnt liked or commented on one of my last 12 posts. It sucks to see your follower count drop but IG will notice your change in engagement rate and help out.

Ooo Jarvee can handle the blocking of your own follower list? I played with Jarvee for a little but then cancelled. It may be worth the 10 bucks to clean out my account for the month

Yep. It just takes a long ass time if you have alot of followers. Make sure to set it to scrape more than 200 people.

I just scraped all 21k now I'm action blocked lmfao I wasn't thinking.

Do you ever get temp like blocks? I used the same method a while back and was getting amazing growth/engagement as well but almost every account gets temp bans after liking 150-200 photos after 3 days or so.

I use http://imristo.com/social-media-tools/instagram-scraper/ for scraping and same tool for liftering out anyone that hasn't posted recently. You can set whichever data range you like and other parameters.

Would you mind pming me how you're doing the blocking with Jarvee? I'm looking at doing that as well but didn't see the option to do that. Thanks buddy.

I should add that I've got 20k followers to go through.
