I bought a lifetime license for SeRobot ($360) and its totally useless,

I have tried contacting the admin for help and they totally ignore ANYONES emails, the software totally sucks and can't even be used in the most basic ways!

Don't buy this scam software its totally useless and don't believe there sales pitch!

I HATE SeRobot for taking my money! I worked so hard to get the money and they kept promising to update but it just never happened!

They are total con artists and yeh they own BHT! I have tried to have my say at BHT but they just keep banning my accounts before anyone can be warned! They don't like me telling the truth about there scam!
 
It worked ok when I last used it (quite a whjile ago) It's not very powerful and lacks , custom sites, features, variety and what-not - but for under $20 a month it was "just" about worth the hassle.
Shame that a low end tool like this was not developed properly and supported.

The $360 licence. Phew though. Glad I didn't plump for that. I only get stuff from people I either know personally (which is now quite a few of the developers on here) or a developer who has a track record of support going back years.
I get my early adopter kicks though testing stuff for guys on this forum.

$360 for a tool like this - which is not very powerful in the first place = that would be a boot in the ball sack for certain.

its a terrible program! You can't even create email accounts anymore! They kept promising the earth and it just never came off!

I really wish I did not buy the lifetime license but I am stuck with it now, we have not had an update for months and it looks like the developer has left.

What annoys me is that they are still selling it! The sales page is total lies and I can't believe they are allowed to get away with it!

I am going to make it my personal mission to spread the word on how terrible it is and keep creating accounts on BHT and annoy the hell out of the admins hehehe, well they have got to get some comeuppance for shafting me for $360!!

Just looked at Untimate Demon, looks really good I wish I had bought that instead lol :(

Yes I've been trying to contact them as well and it's useless. The software is useless and so is getting a hold of someone.

REFUND! REFUND! REFUND! but no way to get one... Two HUGE thumbs down :(:why:

Can't you guys do a complaint through paypal or do a chargeback on your cards?

Its far to late for me to get a refund, I tried to get a refund after buying the $360 lifetime but was promised a HUGE update that would be amazing, lol what a joke that was!

As soon as my 45 days had passed via paypal, the admins who own Black Hat Team and SeRobot stopped replying to my emails and totally ignored and banned any accounts I used to contact them. I have now created several accounts and try and keep posting there warning others about the scam but my accounts keep getting banned, maybe I could find someone to create mass accounts for me to keep posting.

I hate what they have done, they have scammed me out of my money and are still conning people!

I just hope I get my revenge one day and I would hate it if something terrible happened to them ;) hehehe
 
It's the one at 20$/month? Then yes, I remember I have "tested" it and all tests failed.

thanks for letting us know about it. i hesitate to buy UD because of the price, and MS is def more pricey.
 
Ive heard the creators of SErobot have pissed off people all over the net with there worthless software. I cant believe paypal is still allowing them to take orders and basically rip people off daily.
 
I tested with SERobot, look like SenukeX(clone), but not good. If you find software like that, try SenukeX.
I think you should open dispute on Paypal with this problem. Cheer.
 
They are totally scammers!!! I purchased a life-time licence on 2011 and they promised that they will make frequent update and to be SENUKE NO.2....SHIT! I trusted that lie and purchased it....The software is rubbish and it is not working most of the time....I regret that I thought the ************ should be a trustful guy and their product should be great.. Never trust their product!!

I have the same problem,bought the lifetime license and now is GONE !!! The tool were promising at the beginning but now not even WORK !

WHAT CAN BE DONE ?
 
The admin of serobot is also the admin of facreator.com who is a member of this forum.
Serobot's forum register link redirects to facreator.com http://www.serobot.com/forum -> http://www.serobot.com/forum/register.php.

The redirect is not an affiliate link because in order to signup to the affiliate program at facreator.com is by paying $12 a month http://facreator.com/affiliate -> http://facreator.com/amember/signup.php

The admin of facreator.com also didn't answer any of my emails

Both sites also look similar.

#Was serobot's homepage design also copied from ultimatedemon (minus the auto updates, testimonials, the one time fee and company info links in the footer)?

I take it you loaded your paypal account with a credit card, if so and you are in the UK you can charge back up to six months later on a credit card, go to trading standards "they have the power" to freeze any credit card accounts within the UK involved in a scam that includes "paypal uk" if necessary, give them a ring explain the details. Pretty sure you will get a full refund
