Sorry, wasn't sure if I should post this here, The Lounge, etc.
I had an account a bit back but it seemed to have got wiped somehow so I reapplied at the start of this year and told the affiliate manager about my old account and who I was and they got me signed back up.
I had a couple coding projects to finish and once I did went to hop on and it's asking me for a Google Authenticator code. I haven't reset my phone since then and don't recall setting any up. If I did set one up it magically disappeared from authenticator.
Over the past month I've contacted them multiple times. Some to support, some directly to my A.M.
I'm getting no reply whatsoever. I know there's many things delayed to COVID and such but a month's time for an email is reasonable to wait.
I'm just wondering, have they disappeared completely or am I just having bad luck?
Thanks. I mainly just want to know if I should move on. I'm already signed up for CrakRevenue and while not as experience with them, I've read multiple good things on here.
