Has anybody used ************** script

sorry it should read cpal**d script found on many of the script sites
1. is it any good.
2. how hard is it to setup.
3. does cpal**d permit it.

sorry if its a bit of a newbie question.
ps sorry if i have done anything wrong its my 1st post

1. Cpa lead sucks if they don't allow you into their "premium" offer level
2. Its copy and paste of a javascript code
3. Not sure what this means putting a script behind a gateway? If so yes
