Has any one used Keyword Atlas?

Hello everyone.
I was looking for keyword scraping tools and came across Keyword Atlas. Saw the 'inaction video cum sales pitch' on the landing page. The guy talks about some position Score metric seems like he cooked up himself. Irrespective of how he comes about it, does it hold any relevance in reality?

And is the tool any good?
I even found a couple of mentions here and there on BHW but no clear cut review. The reason I am asking is that is relatively cheap as a one-time investment.

Complete and a well-presented video. The Author of the video talks about the same popularity score. The explanation sounds logically correct (I wonder where on the page was his affiliate link).

I was hoping someone could review if they have used it.

Sorry for bumping the thread. A little help would be great. At least chalk out the cons if any.
