they usually just delete my accts when i do ... but this time they said ill get my accct back on a certain day which i found weird

I got one message like that. I don't use that account anymore. Don't rely on YT to level everything back again on a certain date. Once a spammer always a spammer. I think they are trying to control our accounts. If they simply delete them you'll create new ones and a spammer is lost until they catch you again. But with this disabling of certain features they are trying to control you. Create new account. Go on.
