Has any legit whitehat been banned?

Hello,
Is there anyone here who did everything whitehat and still got banned?

For example,
You thought you were doing everything properly (to your knowledge), but youtube still banned you!

I had a 100% white hat channel 3k sub, and was recently suspended.
I have had 5 flagged videos at once.


now started a new channel, and plan to use black hat it , will be like "revenge"

I have had one video flagged for using a inappropriate title(wtf,i know).I got message from youtube that,our people don't like misleading titles .so your video has been removed.That's it.

You'd likely have to dig deeper, I've heard a lot of people griping about banned channels or vids say there was no reason at all, then when you dig in, you find that they were using content they don't own, etc.

I've seen a couple cases of truly mysterious bans or due to false claims, but a lot more where people just didn't want to admit they were breaking the rules, or were (amazingly) unaware that they can't just rip off other people and monetize the channel, post cracks, or whatever else they were doing.

I think sometimes they're from other countries that just don't ever enforce any sort of IP laws, so they just don't get what the big deal is and look at it like a ban over nothing.
