Harvesting Group and page ID's

Hello all,

I was just wondering if there is a way of gathering the ids of groups and pages? if so is there anyone willing to share via message, I'll make it worth your while

I remember when I was a guest for ages back in the day and there would barely be 5 posts a day in the facebook section that had been replied to, now there are loads and tons more faces. nice

I have harvested tons of page ids, if you're interested.

I would love to know how to harvest them if you feel like sharing that with me by any chance.
